Certain SinaVita® products may be available through a recurring subscription service. By selecting a subscription, you authorize recurring monthly charges using your selected payment method in accordance with the subscription terms presented at checkout.

To prevent an upcoming monthly renewal, changes or cancellation must be completed before the 15th of the month. Subscriptions that remain active on or after the 15th will be renewed and processed on the 25th of that month for shipment.

Subscriptions can be managed through the Customer Center, where available options may include skipping, rescheduling or cancelling future renewals.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SinaVita® shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or services where such liability may lawfully be limited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, nor does it affect any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the legal entity operating the SinaVita® online store, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country of residence.

Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the jurisdictional rights available to consumers.

Consumers may have statutory rights of withdrawal, return and refund under applicable consumer protection law. These rights are not affected by these Terms.

For health protection and hygiene reasons, certain sealed products may not be eligible for return once the seal has been broken or the product has been opened, where permitted by applicable law.

This restriction does not apply where a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
